1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- To cancel an order, please email support@aayatbags.com with your order details as soon as possible.
2. Orders Already Shipped
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- In such cases, customers may refer to our Return and Refund Policy after delivery.
3. Cancellation by AAYAT BAG HOUSE
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues or failed transactions
- Incorrect pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
